Notes
1. Peak Winter is 4 July - 12 July inclusive and 25 July - 7 September inclusive.

Booking Enquiries

Bookings enquiries can be lodged by phone, fax, mail or online form.

Phone bookings are only taken on Monday evenings between 7pm and 10pm by ringing the Booking Officer on (03) 9431 2784.

To lodge a fax or mail booking enquiry, download and complete the official booking form. Mail enquiries should be sent to the Booking Officer, Oldina Ski Club, GPO Box 1122J, Melbourne, 3001. Faxed requests can be sent to (03) 9431 2784.

To lodge an online booking enquiry, please complete the Online Booking Enquiry form below. Note - you must still complete and forward the official booking form to the Booking Officer to complete your booking.

Conditions

Commencement of bookings for members is on March 19 and for guests on May 1.

Payments can be made by cheque (payable to 'Oldina Ski Club'), payment from a Member Account or direct credit via Internet Banking. Credit cards are not accepted.

Bank Account Details can be obtained from the Booking Officer.

Confirmation of booking requests will be made on receipt of payment unless a Member Account exists with sufficient funds to complete the payment.

Booking receipts are issued upon confirmation of the booking. Check the details are correct and note the facility access code which is usually placed in the bottom left hand corner. Oldina accepts no responsibility for errors not brought to the Booking Officer's attention within 14 days of date of receipt of confirmation.

Cancellations made 14 days prior to the first day booked will result in a refund of 75% of the total booking amount. A refund maybe allowed for later notice if it is possible to rebook the vacated space. Retrospective notice will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Alterations can be made to existing bookings at no extra cost.
