| Joining a private snowsports club like Oldina is a very attractive alternative to off-mountain and commercial accommodation. To learn more, click on one of the following links or read on.

| Key Benefits | ||||
| Members of Oldina enjoy a range of benefits including:
| Membership Fees | ||||
| Members pay a joining fee of $8,800 (GST inclusive) per membership. For the cost of a 10% surcharge, the joining fee can be paid in 3 annual instalments during which time the new member has full membership booking rights, but no voting rights. Members also pay an annual subscription. The member then has access to accommodation at a very low rate, currently $23 per night in peak season. This is substantially less than equivalent commercial lodge accommodation. Click here to see a full list of current accommodation rates. |
| Guests | ||||
| Members can also request guest bookings during the member only booking period. |
| Early Booking Privileges | ||||
| Early booking privileges mean that in most circumstances you will be able to stay on the snow when you want to stay on the snow. Members have a one month exclusive booking window during which time they can make bookings for themselves and their immediate families. After this period, bookings are open to guests. |
| Flexibility | ||||
| Another unique feature of Oldina membership is that as your family grows, the flexibility of your membership grows with it. For example, dependent children including tertiary students under 25 enjoy the benefits of concessional booking rates. When you are ready to give up carving through the snow, your membership can be transferred to your child or left to a beneficiary in your will. Whilst such transfers are subject to the approval of the Club Committee, they are strongly encouraged to support continuing family participation in Oldina. This effectively means that your membership is an enduring benefit to your family, and like all great clubs, continued family participation is an important part of Oldina. |
| Transfer of Membership | ||||
An outgoing member may introduce a new member to the Club in which case the new member will be directly matched to the outgoing member for discussion regarding the transfer of their membership. |
| Socialising | ||||
One of the true benefits of belonging to a club like Oldina is the opportunity to socialise or cruise the slopes with other people who have similar interests. Oldina prides itself on being a friendly club and members and their families often ski or board together during stays at the Club. Oldina has skiers and boarders of all standards within its membership meaning that it is always easy to find someone at a similar skiing level. Members and guests also often enjoy visits together to snowfield restaurants and nightspots. Apart from getting together on-mountain, the Club also has a number of off-mountain social events during the year including the Annual General Meeting held each March and 2 social nights usually held pre-season in May/June and post season in November. Its an opportunity to share a meal and drinks, get to know other club members and share tales of exploits on the snow. The Club also publishes a regular newsletter to stay in touch with members. This provides information on upcoming social events, booking information, club news and information concerning skiing generally. |
