1. Peak Winter is 25 June - 28 August inclusive.
2. Early Winter is 11 June (QBW) - 24 June inclusive.

Booking Enquiries

Bookings enquiries can be lodged by phone, mail or online form.

Commencement of bookings for members is on 30 March 2021 ( AGM ) and for guests on 3 May 2021.

Payments can be made by booking online at, payment from a Member Account or direct credit via Internet Banking.

Payment for online bookings can be made via the secure eWay gateway using Debit or Credit cards listed below.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Electronic payment is our preferred method of payment. Please use it whenever possible.

Credit card payments can also be made manually by the booking officer. Please call for details if you prefer payment in this manner.

Bank Account Details can be obtained from the Booking Officer.

Confirmation of booking requests will be made on receipt of payment unless a Member Account exists with sufficient funds to complete the payment.

Booking receipts are issued upon confirmation of the booking. Check the details are correct and note the facility access code which is usually placed in the bottom left hand corner. Oldina accepts no responsibility for errors not brought to the Booking Officer's attention within 14 days of date of receipt of confirmation.

Cancellations made 14 days prior to the first day booked will result in a refund of 75% of the total booking amount. A refund maybe allowed for later notice if it is possible to rebook the vacated space. Retrospective notice will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Note - Full refunds apply for cancellations made due to COVID-19

Alterations can be made to existing bookings at no extra cost.
