Oldina Ski Club
Victoria Inc uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card
transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for
thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of
collecting payments via the Internet.
All online
credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway
are secured payments.

Delivery

Delivery
After booking
and paying online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY
containing your order details (if you have provided your email
address). We will normally confirm receipt of your booking payment
within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your booking
confirmation via Email within one working day.

Refund
& Returns Policy
Cancellations
made 14 days prior to the first day booked will result in a refund of
75% of the total booking amount. A refund may be allowed for later
notice if it is possible to rebook the vacated space. Retrospective
notice will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Alterations can
be made to existing bookings at no extra cost.
No Snow Refund -
If the member notifies the booking manager by email that the member
wishes to cancel a winter season accommodation booking at least 2 days
prior to the first night of that booking on the basis that the member
considers there are no runs with lifts open for skiing, the member will
be entitled to a refund if the booking manager is satisfied on the
basis of the snow conditions report for the relevant mountain on the
Friday or Wednesday immediately preceding the first night of the
booking that there are no runs with lifts open for skiing at that
mountain.
A refund will
only be processed after a request in writing (eg. Email) is received by
the relevant booking manager. It is the responsibility of the
member to ensure written confirmation of their cancellation is received.
All refunds are
processed at the end of the season and a payment will be forwarded by
the end of October.
